Exe Majestic Hotel - Naples

I've been going for 12 years. treatment and professionalism is extraordinary. director Belen Mendez is a luxury of person; close, discreet, resolute and makes a great team with its people who can not be more friendly and flexible. rooms are very spacious, bright and beds are large and comfortable. bathroom with bathtub and shower is spacious and very well cared for. cleanliness is fantastic, location is perfect, in the most chic area and you can walk everywhere in a radius of 15 minutes, equidistant from all the points of interest. I keep going because I feel more cared for than in my own house. It is not a noisy hotel, famous and that makes it much more personal, careful and appealing. Great.

Maybe the quality of the breakfast could be improved a little bit. and the TV channels that were all programmed in advance as soon as they arrived, for putting a glue.

The venue is overall clean and reasonably spacious with helpful enough staff members. The breakfast variety is more than adequate and generous with fresh-made coffee, muffins and also pastries, excellent service. The hotel has an excellent and perfect location, close to the seashore. There is Pizza e Sfizi serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the venue.

Excellent location...Walking distance to the seaside, right in the middle of the shopping district. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Excellent service all round . Excellent Room. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Though the restaurant not busy at night the food was absolutely delicious. Very nice staff. safe area of Naples. Walking distance to the main shopping area and Piazza Plebiscite. Not far from bay. Rooms lovely. One fothe best hotels I 've ever stayed in.

The location was great since it was easy to get to many major sites on foot. The area was safe so it was a pleasure strolling along the streets. The staff was very helpful in regards to giving information and finding a garage for us since the hotel's was full. I would definitely stay again. The price was good considering the benefits.

Only the breakfast could be improved with a greater selection.

The location was perfect for my work and the people I needed to see both in Naples and just outside.

staff we met ( mainly the reception staff) were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable Breakfast was very good food ( compared with what we had had elsewhere the week before

the room was too hot - as was the one next door where my cousin was staying rooms 801 and 802 even with the temp down and the windows open both rooms were like an oven

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was great modern and luxurious, had magnificent location in a very good neighbourhood. The room was silent, it had a shampoo and a soap. Pleasant employees at the reservation and kept the property fairly clean.

The efficient bank wire transfer for room payment made my stay seamless. The staff provided great suggestions for navigating local transportation options, enhancing my experience in the city.

The bed was large and the room overall was great-sized. The breakfast was more than adequate and generous with muffins and fresh-made coffee, for example and frequently replenished.

Recommend it for solo travelers seeking comfort

The room was big and comfortable, with a great bathroom, made the morning routine less of a hassle. I loved having the lights set just right with a touch of luxury, kind of seemed like I was in control of my little empire, you know?

It wasn't exactly a steal but still pretty acceptable for what I got.
